I had to write and tell you we LOVED your delicious cake. There is a cake shop in Martinez (le Gateau Elegant) and we’ve never found any cake as good…..until now. Your chocolate cake was every bit as dense and rich and over the top yummy as theirs. But the chunks of salt with the sweet set yours above. Oh, and the gluten-free cupcakes were honestly like the real deal. It’s all about texture and this tasted like a flour cake. I sent the leftovers with my husband to his office today, along with your card. I think everyone should enjoy your cakes like we did. I am your new biggest fan!

This cake (white chocolate reaspberry) is sooooooooooooooo delicious. Served it to our small bible study group and they too loved it.
